There's an old lightbulb at Ruskin Dam that's been lit since the powerhouse starting generating electricity in 1930. $800 million project will offer seismic stability, improved efficiency

At Ruskin Dam near Mission, a huge project is underway. The upgrade is about halfway done, and when it's complete, the dam will be able to withstand a 1-in-10,000 year earthquake, plus generate more electricity than before.
