Top brand from BCBusiness and Ipsos BCHydro Power smart
This Week. The latest news and updates from BC Hydro.

January 25, 2016

Last week, BCBusiness and Ipsos announced their ranking of the most influential brands in B.C., and BC Hydro earned the No. 1 spot. We're proud of this ranking, but we also know that we have a responsibility to keep making smart choices to keep electricity affordable and reliable for our customers. In northern B.C., a new exhibit at the popular W.A.C. Bennett Dam visitor centre will open this spring, featuring stories and images that showcase the experience of Aboriginal people in the region during dam construction. And finally, a look at the municipality of North Cowichan, where LED streetlights will help them save thousands in energy costs.
