Tell us what you think of the new bchydro.com

We’re about 10 days into our bchydro.com relaunch and, other than stock markets plummeting around the world, things seem to be going quite well.
Of course, there’s still plenty of work to be done, fixes big and small vital to ensuring you’re getting what you need from bchydro.com.
You will have noticed the new site design and the new site architecture, which should make it easier to find what you’re looking for. Some pages from the old site have been replaced with what we feel is improved content and repackaging – often within our new Green Your Home and Green Your Business sections. And while some seldom-visited pages were eliminated, we’re monitoring customer feedback to ensure that we haven’t deleted anything that’s really going to be missed.
And that brings us to the homepage, and specifically to our new Flash “carousel”, the revolving features area near the top of the page. Some customers seem to love it, while others find the constant movement distracting. We’re working on a slower moving version of that feature, which we still feel can help customers quickly get to important, often newsworthy content within the site.
We’d love to hear what you think about the redesigned, reworked bchydro.com, good and bad. If you have something to say, please Contact Us and select the “website problems” option to provide us with feedback, even if what you have to say is positive.
And finally, you've probably noticed that this is a blog that's not really a blog, an admittedly one-way conversation. We're working on that, too, and have a few hurdles to cross before we hope to introduce a proper 2.0 experience.
