Hot topic: Independent power producers in B.C.
To meet B.C.'s growing energy demand, BC Hydro is encouraging conservation, investing in its heritage hydroelectric facilities, exploring the option of a third dam on the Peace River (Site C) and purchasing clean energy from independent power producers.
