Visit the Village for a shot at hockey tickets

You have to like the odds of Canada's men's and women's hockey teams making it to their respective gold medal finals at the 2010 Winter Games. And thanks to BC Hydro Power Smart, the odds of getting tickets to one of those championship games just improved.
Today through Wednesday, February 24, visitors to the Power Smart Village in downtown Vancouver can enter a daily draw for a pair of tickets to the men's gold medal ice hockey final at the 2010 Winter Games. We'll also be giving away other prizes comprised of tickets to other 2010 Winter Games events.
How to enter
During your visit to the Power Smart Village, pick up a village "Passport" from a BC Hydro Outreach member. Then have some fun at the Village by visiting the four exhibits specified on the Passport and getting stamps that will validate your entry for the daily ticket draw. Make sure your name and contact info are on the entry, then drop it in one of the daily draw boxes provided on-site.

What about the Team Power Smart draw?
Team Power Smart's monthly contest for a variety of 2010 Winter Games tickets came to an end on Wednesday, February 17 at 4 p.m. The final prize was a pair of tickets to the gold medal men's ice hockey final at the 2010 Winter Games.
Starting in March, we'll be resuming our monthly Join Team Power Smart contest. Prizes awarded will be in conjunction with Team Power Smart leaders such as NBA star Steve Nash and Lululemon founder Chip Wilson.
For the month of March Team Power Smart members can enter for a chance to win one of 20 copies of Vancouver 2010 Official Souvenir Programs signed by para alpine ski star Lauren Woolstencroft, an engineer with BC Hydro. Lauren will be in contention for multiple medals during the 2010 Paralympic Winter Games in March.
The contest is open to new and existing Team Power Smart members. Existing members can quickly log in to their Team Power Smart account during the contest period of March 1 to March 31, 2010 and enter the answer to a question about Woolstencroft in a promo code box.
