BC Hydro supports Earth Hour 2012: What did you do?Supported provincially by BC Hydro, Earth Hour 2012 was on Saturday, March 31 from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (local time), and this year, it was about more than 60 minutes. And B.C. got off to a good start. Led by Revelstoke, the community which saved the biggest percentage of electricity on March 31, 2012, B.C. saved 12 megawatt hours of electricity.
