With greater incentives and new eligibility criteria, the Product Incentive Program (PIP) has been updated to better reflect the needs of BC Hydro customers and a rapidly changing marketplace.
Beginning May 1, 2010, only industrial, commercial and residential strata customers without a Key Account Manager (KAMs) are eligible for PIP participation. Customers with non-submitted applications as of this date will need to re-start the process and apply according to the terms outlined in the updated program.
The revised PIP also includes changes to how incentives are calculated, giving customers potential to realize even greater earnings. For example, for many common linear fluorescent configurations incentives are now offered per lamp as opposed to per configuration. Specifically:
