Over the last few years, the Product Incentive Program (PIP) has proved to be one of Power Smart’s most successful initiatives. We are continually looking for ways to improve upon the structure and delivery of PIP and are pleased to announce some changes to the application that make its use easer than ever.
Multiple Site Applications
Customers can now include more than one site on a single PIP application, as long as the account holder and cheque recipient are the same for all sites. Grouping concurrent projects together on a single application not only reduces the time a customer devotes to applying for incentives, but also decreases the time it takes for the application to be processed and for a cheque to be issued.
Permits & Invoices
Please remind your customers to submit all applicable invoices and permits immediately upon submitting their PIP application. Note that the invoice information must match the data provided in the application, just as the address on the permit must match the application address. Providing this information quickly means that applications will be approved sooner. Documentation can be emailed to pipdelivery@bchydro.com or faxed to 604-453-6285.
