Twenty hours a day, six days a week for six years

The Ruskin Dam and Powerhouse Project is expected to take six years to complete, based on two 10-hour shifts, six days a week.

With the approval of the project by the British Columbia Utilities Commission, construction is expected to start in spring 2012. The tentative schedule is:
