The Site C Clean Energy Project is currently in Stage 3 of a multi-stage evaluation process. This stage will include a thorough and independent environmental assessment process.

BC Hydro anticipates that there will be business and job opportunities during this stage of project planning and development.

Site C Clean Energy Project Business Directory

BC Hydro has created a business directory to provide interested businesses with information about possible opportunities with the proposed Site C Clean Energy project. Companies who sign up for the directory will receive updates, via email, on potential business opportunities as they arise.

The Site C project requires environmental certification and other regulatory permits and approvals before it can proceed to construction. In addition, the Crown has a duty to consult, and where appropriate accommodate Aboriginal groups.
