Market Operations and Development invites you to attend an Information Session on its System Upgrade Project. As part of the System Upgrade project, BCTC is revising its business processes and feels it is important for customers to attend and provide feedback, which will assist BCTC in the development of its solutions. In this session, Market Operations and Development will provide an overview and status update on its MOD Project, present business process improvements, and solicit customer feedback.
