Surrey woman gets the message, wins an energy-saving gift bag
The Power the Games Tour launch on June 5th gave some of our customers the first chance to check out the Conservation Lab and our activities. Natalie Gomes of Surrey jumped at the opportunity and learned that the little things help too. “I didn't realize such simple steps could make such a big difference," she said. "Like unplugging my phone charger when not in use, hang a few loads of laundry outside to dry in the summer, turn off the lights when you leave a room. It makes a bigger difference than I had originally thought. Who knew?” Natalie received an energy saving gift bag through our Spot the Tour contest for telling us what she learned after seeing us at the event.
