Read the full story See us in your community and you could win!While spending the day at Scotch Creek on Shuswap Lake, Lisa Kronebusch of Kamloops saw the Community Outreach representatives walking around giving information about energy saving advice to park visitors. She was offered a pen made from recycled paper and biodegradable corn starch plastic if she could tell them what she was doing in her home to save energy. Lisa uses energy efficient light bulbs and just bought an energy-efficient heat pump instead of an air conditioner. Once she got home Lisa entered our and was later drawn as July’s winner of a gift bag full of energy efficient prizes.
