BC Hydro acts as angel for Island kids

Kids love children's festivals, but not all parents can afford the admission fees.

That's why the Vancouver Island International Children’s Festival created an Angel program, and that's how a group of Georgia Ave. Elementary kids got to attend this year's festival.
