Once you are confident that your organization or initiative meets our eligibility and is a good match with our values, you can apply through our online application.

Please follow the steps below to make the process as easy as possible:

1. Confirm. Before you fill out our applications, please ensure you check your eligibility in the "What We Look For" section and complete the eligibility questionnaire.
2. Collect information. We want to know all about your organization and/or initiatives. Please read the application instructions to ensure you have all of the required information on hand.
3. Apply. Complete the online application. You'll need to collect some important information about your organization which is explained early in the application process. It takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes to complete the application and you can save and revisit your application until its ready to be submitted.
4. Submit. Once you've submitted your application you will get an email confirming we’ve received it. We will review your application and let you know if BC Hydro can provide the support you requested. If you are requesting less than $5,000 you can expect a response in approximately 6 weeks. If you are requesting more funding, please expect approximately 12 weeks for a response.
5. Print. Keep a paper copy of your completed application for your records.
