BC Hydro has a team of human resources professionals who will review your application and assess your skills and experience for the position to which you applied and other opportunities as they become available.
Step 3: Short-listing
Applicants who qualify may be short-listed for a telephone interview.
Step 4: In-person interview
Successful telephone interview candidates may be invited to attend one or more in-person interviews. An in-person interview is our opportunity to learn more about you and your qualifications. It is your opportunity to learn more about BC Hydro and the position you are being interviewed for.
Step 5: Reference check
After we have had a chance to meet you and learn more about you, we will contact you to discuss next steps in the process. Successful candidates will be asked to provide professional references and will undergo identity, education (including technical and professional qualifications) and criminal checks.
Step 6: Decisions
After moving through the entire recruitment process, we will determine if you fit our organizational goals, corporate culture and share our values: teamwork, accountability, integrity and service.
