Confidentiality

• Prior to final funding decisions, all information on proposed projects (either as disclosed by Applicants or included in applications), will be treated as confidential unless agreed otherwise at the request of Applicants.
• After funding decisions have been made, information on projects approved for funding, including proposals and information generated in implementation, will be considered to be the shared property of the Applicant and the BCRP, and will be available to the public.
• The general rationale for BCRP funding decisions will be made public.
• Details of project applications not approved for funding remain confidential and will be considered private and subject to provisions of the Privacy Act.
