Budget Help

When submitting proposals, budgets are often tricky business. For BCRP needs, we look for:

• Accurate math!
• Line item detail always includes unit rates (e.g. /day, /month, /km, /trip, /m3). "Miscellaneous" is not a line item.
• Limit showing specialized equipment needed for project as a single purchase line item, but rather as rented back to project by way of fair hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly rates.
• Consolidated in-kind or partner contributions (i.e. BCRP monies + in-kind = total project cost)
• In-kind sources are always identified (even if confirmation is still pending)
• Accurate math!!
