Violations & Sanctions
In accordance with the BC Hydro Standards of Conduct (SOC) [PDF, 184 Kb], BC Hydro is required to maintain a log of violations of the Standards of Conduct, as well as the resulting disciplinary sanctions that have been applied.
If you suspect that the SOC have been violated, it must be reported. You can report a suspected violation through:
- 1 866 364 9376 which has a confidential voice mailbox; or
- By contacting the Compliance Office.
All confirmed violations of the SOC will be posted within 24 hours of being confirmed by the Office of the Chief Compliance Officer. The violation, and the resulting sanctions, will be available for 90 days.
