Employees are encouraged to create Personal Development Plans to develop a skill, knowledge area, ability or behavioral characteristic that is associated with effective performance in a particular role or job at BC Hydro. An action plan based on volunteering, on-the-job-training, self-study, or formal training is then developed in consultation with the employer which is then executed and evaluated.
