Employees must create Personal Development Plans to develop skills, knowledge areas, abilities or behavioural characteristics that are associated with effective performance in a particular role or job at BC Hydro. An action plan based on volunteering, on-the-job-training, self study, or formal training is developed in consultation with the employer which is then executed and evaluated.
