LA15(6) Health Management Systems
With respect to formal health and safety requirements, all BC Hydro employees are covered and fall under the provincial jurisdiction of B.C.'s Workers Compensation Act, Employment Standards Act and Labour Relations Code. BC Hydro meets or exceeds all of these statutory requirements as well as has supplemental provisions in its Collective Agreements with its trade unions.
