LA15(6) Health Management Systems
The B.C. Workers Compensation (WCB) Act, WCB Regulation, Employment Standards Act, and B.C. Labour Code provide formal requirements covering health safety at work and employee/employer relations governing 100 per cent of our employees. BC Hydro exceeds these requirements and also has supplemental formal agreements with our trade unions.
