These policies are detailed in the Director and Employee Code of Conduct [PDF, 342 Kb], specifically on page 5, paragraph 3 and 4 of the "Where to Seek Clarification" provisions, and within "Procedure for Disclosure to the Code of Conduct Advisor" (page 15) and "Procedure for Confidential Reporting of Financial Concerns to the Code of Conduct Advisor" (page 12).
