Provisions within the Director & Employee Code of Conduct Policy and associated standards and guidelines cover all aspects of bribery, corruption and ethical behaviour within BC Hydro's operations. Oversight and reporting to the Chair is provided by the Code of Conduct Advisor. While all employees are expected to be aware of BC Hydro's Director & Employee Code of Conduct Policy, an online policy orientation course was introduced midway through fiscal 2009 with approximately 35 per cent of BC Hydro's workforce having completed by the end of fiscal.
