BC Hydro is required by law to report to the regulatory agencies (e.g. Provincial Ministry of Environment, Environment Canada, Fisheries and Oceans) the environmental incidents that fall into the agencies' reporting requirements. No warning letters were received from the Regulators in fiscal 2007. Likewise there were no charges brought by such agencies against BC Hydro.
